Liberty Homes NW (“Liberty Homes NW,” “we,” “us”) is a custom home builder. This policy explains what personal information we collect through liberty-homesnw.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

Contact form and inquiries: your name, email address, phone number and the message you write, including details about a home you are interested in.
Email and phone: anything you send us when you write to hello@liberty-homesnw.com or call us.

Information collected automatically

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring page and the date and time of your visit. Our hosting provider records this in standard server logs for security and reliability.
Cookies and similar technologies: see our Cookie Notice.

2. How we use information

To respond to your questions and requests, schedule calls or tours and discuss building a home.
To show and manage our available properties and past projects.
To keep the Site secure, prevent spam and fix problems.
To understand how the Site is used and improve it, if you accept optional cookies.
To comply with the law and protect our rights.

We do not use your information to make automated decisions that have legal effects on you.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with:

Service providers that help us run the Site and our business, such as website hosting, email delivery, and the font and form tools the Site uses. They may only use the information to provide their service to us.
Professional advisers and authorities when required by law or to protect our rights.
A successor if our business is sold or merged, with the same protections for your information.

4. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterward to keep business records, then delete or anonymize it. Server logs are kept for a short period. We may keep information longer when the law requires it.

5. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live (for example Oregon, Washington or California), you may have the right to:

know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy;
correct information that is wrong;
delete your information;
opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither) and of targeted advertising;
not be treated unfairly for using these rights.

To make a request, email hello@liberty-homesnw.com or call +1 (503) 997-9816. We may need to verify your identity first. You can also change your cookie choice at any time through Cookie settings. If you are unhappy with our answer, you may appeal by replying to our response, and you may contact your state attorney general.
